Hi,
I am currently waiting for chemo/radiotherapy with a little brachytherapy thrown in for fun! Since my Lletz/LEEP I'm pleased to say the main symptom has gone (not to be graphic but really horrible discharge) which I'm very relieved about it was bloody horrible and was getting me down.
Now the other symptoms I can live with (tiredness and backache) but I now have a shiney new one and I just wondered if anyone else has had the same? My left leg has been feeling like its being strangled at the top, at first I thought it was my knickers or trousers but after sleeping naked for a number of nights it's definitely my leg and it's getting gradually worse, had to sleep with a pillow under it last night.
I also wouldn't say it was painful its just a really odd sensation. Apart from that I'm getting on really well and my only real gripe as it is with everyone else, the waiting around to get something done!! Still treatment starts the 1st Oct so I'll soon be on my way to saying bye bye cancer!!
